Aqua Bath acrylic units are produced by individuals employing years of experience and proven procedures. Aqua Bath acrylic units meet or exceed the following specifications: Unit construction is a vacuum-formed acrylic with flame retardant filler and fiberglass polyester system. Units are vacuum-formed from one-piece sanitary grade acrylic with a finished Barcol hardness of 94-104 tested with ASTM D-2583. Units have a reinforced fiberglass coating for additional overall rigidity and are fire retardant. Units have a special flange for ease of installation, added strength, durability and protection. Tub/shower units allow for above-floor installation of waste, overflow and drainage. Provided shower drains are self-caulking brass and allow for quick installation of waste and drainage lines. Tub/shower units are produced in conformance with ANSI Z124.2 certification. Tub/shower units have a backside flame spread of less than 30 as tested by ASTME-162. All commercial/institutional units have a ten-year limited warranty against factory defects.
